Mystery & Randomization: All Lucky Scoops are randomized and packed live or pre-ordered based on the tier selected. Every scoop guarantees a fun mix of items, but exact colors, styles, and variations are chosen at random.
Final Sale: Due to the mystery/surprise nature of the Lucky Scoop experience, all scoop orders are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or specific item requests cannot be accommodated once a scoop has been processed and packed.
Value Guarantee: While items vary, every scoop is curated to meet or exceed the total retail value of your purchase tier.
Choking Hazard / Safety Notice: Some lucky scoop items (such as mini charms, jewelry, and small accessories) may contain small parts. Keep out of reach of very young children.
